EMBROIDERED ITEMS: check the banner in this paragraph - we update the embroidered items production time frequently as our production backlog changes daily. When you place your order, we process your payment and pull the inventory. In the event that we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we
shall email you notifications asking you if you want to back-order any items that are out of stock, cancel the out of stock items or make a substitution.

LAST ORDER DAY FOR ARRIVAL PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS: The last day we will accept ORDERS is Wednesday, December 17th at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time. All orders received by 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time on 17th will be processed and shipped to reach you latest by December 24th, using priority mail shipping within continental USA.

Orders received after December 17th will need to be
shipped using 2 day air or next day air, depending on the date you order. To calculate time for production on these: If you place you order on December 19th and email us/upload photos the same day, you can assume we have finished production 2 days later e.g. December 21st, and then ship on December 22nd - so consider business days and choose the appropriate ship method to reach you.

Orders placed on or after December 21st will be shipped during the last two weeks of January.

Our holiday elves will be working 18 hour shifts to produce your personalized items and will begin their vacations when the last package has been handed off to the shipper. Get your orders in early to guarantee that you receive the items you have ordered on time.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS and OPTIONS: We ship within the USA by priority mail on smaller packages and UPS Ground on larger packages. Your BEST rate postage quote generated by our shopping cart covers priority mail/UPS Ground charges, includng handling/packing. USPS Express Mail is NOT RELIABLE during the holiday rush in December and is not guaranteed, thus we prefer to use UPS 3 day air for Air Economy delivery and UPS Next Day Air for overnight shipments. Our prior experience makes us cautious. We want you to receive your orders in time for the Christmas holiday. Besides, if your home is not decorated with the stockings and Christmas ornaments, Santa will not know where to deliver your presents on Christmas Eve.

We also offer 2 day and next day air within the USA and our shopping cart will provide you with the shipping charges for whatever option you choose. We also ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most countries in Asia. The shipping method we use to ship internationally is United States Post Office Global Priority Mail with average transit times of 3 to 5 days to any destination. PLEASE USE THE USA OVERNIGHT RATES to arrive to the equivalent of foreign shipping rates.

RETURNS: Our Photo Banded Christmas Ornaments are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and you may return the ornament for full refund. We will refund the price you paid for the ornament plus the price of the original shipping, as long as you return the ornament in the Original Box within 30 Days of the receipt of your shipment. You will be responsible to pay the shipping cost back to us and we shall refund you the cost of the ornament plus the cost of original shipping. Our Christmas Stockings are personalized especially for you, therefore, we do not accept returns unless they are defective, as those items cannot be reused for another sale. However, we do accept returns on unpersonalized items if returned in the same new condition you received it in, and you pay the shipping cost to return it to us. We must receive the return within 14 calendar days of the date you received the package. Call our Customer Service Department at 305 745 2681 for return authorization.

RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you received a defective product we will be happy to remake it FOR YOU and reship it free of charge.

CRAFTSMANSHIP: We customize the stockings by embroidering them and personalizing them for you. Be sure to look at the pictures of each item on our website to get a good idea on how it will be personalized. Embroidered items are showcased on each product page where the embroidery option is available. Embroidered Christmas stockings and hats will last you lifetime.Ornaments are personalized in permanent ink printing process that will not smudge if touched. Some of our samples are over 10 years old and still look great!

We also carry a large line of CUSTOM LOGO imprinted ornaments and stockings - those are bit different from our regular retail items as the printing process used for production of these items is fully automated and we must produce at least 100 or more per unique item per order to provide you with competitive prices.

ORDER QUANTITIES: Our machine embroidered items and personalized photo bulbs can be ordered in quantities of one or more. Machine imprinted logo ornaments have HIGHER minimum quantities: 100 or 140 - depending on type of item or time of a year. If an item has greater than a one unit minimum order, it will be clearly stated in the item detail description.
