We have simple shipping rates: $5.00 flat rate shipping regardless the size of your order and at times we run a promotion: free shipping on orders over $100. This applies to the ground shipping method. If you need faster ship method, our shopping cart will quote the shipping cost based on actuals when you choose expedited shipping.

We have been in crafting Christmas items since 1989 and brought Christmas Spirit to Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, Inland Center in San Bernardino, Orange County Market Place, Mall of Orange and Lakewood Mall. For the past 11 years, our internet sites exceeded our mall sales, hence we have been etailing via our websites only.
Our Stockings are Embroidered with Christmas Metallic Threads.
Our Photo Glass Ornament Balls are customized by imprinting full color process with gold tone and full color borders onto a clear band, band is then bound to the Christmas ball ornament.
Our Glass and Acrylic Christmas Ball Ornaments are personalized by pad printing or screen printing process.
Our Photo Banded Christmas Ornaments have 100% satisfaction quarantee: If you do not like the ornament, simply return it for a full refund, you just pay for cost of the shipping back to us. Once we receive the return order, we will refund cost of your order with the cost of the original shipping cost you paid when you placed your order.
Since we sell custom personalized stockings we do not offer refunds for products shipped, unless the products were shipped unpersonalized in which case we will be happy to accept return and post a full refund of your purchase less shipping costs.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:
Stockings and Hats Embroidery personalizing within 3-4 business days of your order to assure timely delivery for Christmas. From December 11th through end of our selling season in December we usually ship your order the 2nd business day after you place your order - if your order placed by 5 PM Eastern Time. So orders placed on Monday Noon will ship by Wednesday to make sure your Christmas Delivery will reach you as fast as possible.
Our Custom Photo Glass Ornaments (those where you can order as little as one ornament with any photo and personalization) ship in 3-4 days from the day we receive your photos by email.
Custom Printed LOGO Ornaments and Wedding Favor ornaments (those that have 100 pcs minimum order) have 2-3 week ship time or 1-2 weeks during November and December...

UPS Ground is the most reliable and economical method - you can count on exact delivery times and TRACK your order easily. We deliver to USA via this method.
USPS Priority Mail delivers in 3 business days in USA. It is not available for shipments outside of USA. The Disadvantage of USPS Priority Mail is that you really cannot track the progress of your shipment, there will be a delivery confirmation number but no tracking number. Even though USPS states delivery times are 2-3 days, during the month of December we have seen quite a number of packages taking much longer some even being lost. So go UPS of timely delivery is important to you.
Express Overnight shipping to US Destinations is also available - it will be calculated for you as you add your items to the shopping cart.
Our shopping cart is one of the easiest ones to use. Please double check information you submit to us before you finalize your order. If a package returns to us for any reason other than our fault, including but not limited to wrong address, signature requirement or refusal by the recipient, you will be required to provide a deliverable shipping address and pay for the reshipping cost. No refund will be paid for the order.
